Fradley Village Hall, Lichfield
Our latest installation brings together a well-balanced selection of outdoor fitness equipment designed to support strength, coordination, cardiovascular health and social wellbeing.
Client: Fradley Parish Council
Year: 2024
The Children’s Motiv8 offers young users an exciting introduction to movement through play. Designed to build confidence and coordination, the Motiv8 helps children develop gross motor skills while keeping physical activity fun and engaging. Its approachable design encourages repeat use, making it ideal for community sites that want to promote early healthy habits.
For adults, the Double Health Walker provides a gentle, low-impact cardiovascular workout suitable for users of varying fitness levels. Its smooth gliding motion supports joint mobility and is particularly beneficial for older users or those returning to exercise. The side-by-side format also encourages social interaction, allowing friends or family members to exercise together.

The Double Slalom Skier extends this theme by offering a more dynamic, lateral movement that challenges balance and core stability. This equipment is highly effective for improving lower body strength and coordination while remaining low-impact and enjoyable to use. Like the Health Walker, its paired design promotes social motivation and shared activity.
To elevate heart rates and improve stamina, the Sky Stepper provides a full aerobic workout. Strength development is supported further by the Rower, which replicates a rowing action to target both upper and lower body muscle groups. Its rhythmic motion offers a rewarding full-body workout, helping users increase power, improve muscular endurance and enjoy a consistent exercise routine outdoors.
Completing the collection is the Combi Pull Down Challenger & Power Push, a versatile dual-station strength unit. This combination allows users to work opposing muscle groups, pulling to strengthen back and arm muscles, and pushing to target the chest and shoulders. The equipment supports progressive resistance training, enabling users to build strength safely within a controlled range of movement.
These benefits come together at Fradley Village Hall in Lichfield, where Sunshine Gym has installed the new outdoor gym to enhance community wellbeing. The village hall’s open outdoor area provides an ideal setting for this multi-generational space, encouraging residents to enjoy fresh-air fitness in a friendly, accessible environment that supports an active lifestyle throughout the year.
