Sunshine Gym recently installed a dynamic range of children’s outdoor fitness equipment at St George & St Martin Catholic Academy in Stoke-On-Trent, creating an inviting and stimulating space that encourages physical activity, coordination, and imaginative play.

The Children’s Health Walker is designed to improve balance and lower-body strength through a natural walking motion. Its smooth, easy-to-use mechanisms help children build confidence as they develop coordination and stamina. The Double Slalom Skier offers a dynamic, low-impact cardio workout that mimics skiing movements, encouraging agility and rhythm. This equipment is engaging and fun, helping children improve their cardiovascular fitness and overall body control in a playful way.

The Children’s Sky Stepper challenges users to step higher and work their leg muscles, aiding in the development of strength and balance. The safe and robust design ensures it can withstand active use during break times or PE sessions. Meanwhile, the Children’s Horse Rider brings an imaginative element to outdoor play. By mimicking the motions of riding, it helps children strengthen their core muscles and improve posture while encouraging creativity.

Completing the installation is the Children’s Arm & Pedal Bike, which supports upper and lower body coordination simultaneously. This equipment is particularly effective in building endurance and muscular strength in a fun, accessible format.
