Sunshine Gym recently completed a project at Strawberry Fields Primary School, providing the school with a range of high-quality outdoor fitness equipment designed specifically for children.
Strawberry Fields Primary School, located in the outskirts of Leeds, had a keen interest in promoting physical activity and health among their students. They wanted to create an engaging outdoor fitness space that would encourage children to be more active and improve their overall wellbeing.
Our team worked closely with the school to understand their requirements and designed three customised outdoor gym solutions that would cater to the needs of the primary school-aged children.
The final range of equipment chosen and installed as part of the project included a Double Slalom Skier, Double Health Walker, Sky Steppers, a Rower, Horse Riders and an Arm & Pedal Bike. Each piece of equipment helps to promote strength, agility, balance, and cardiovascular fitness in a safe and enjoyable manner for the children.
The new Sunshine Gym space has become a popular area during break and lunch times, with children actively engaging in fun and challenging exercises. Teachers have observed improved levels of fitness, coordination, and teamwork among the students who use the equipment regularly.
The installation has successfully aligned with the school's goal of promoting a healthy and active lifestyle among its students.
