How much is delivery?
For UK mainland, delivery is charged at 6% of the product total with a minimum delivery charge of £150.00 + VAT. Exceptions include Scotland and postcodes PO, TR, PL, TQ and EX. For these postcodes and any non-mainland e.g IM, BT, HS please contact the Sales Office.
Upon receipt of an order
Upon receipt of an order, Sunshine Gym will send an order acknowledgement via email. This will provide an estimated delivery date to the customer. Following this, a member of our team will then telephone prior to dispatch to arrange a suitable date for delivery of the outdoor gym equipment.
Transportation of goods
All Sunshine Gym deliveries are made using a long wheel based van. Further to this all equipment is manoeuvred manually, therefore offloading will be required upon arrival to site.
Supply only
For orders which are “supply only”, where installation is not required, Sunshine Gym equipment will have a one week lead time. This is subject to stock levels, and will be discussed following receipt of order. Please note that all customers are contacted by a member of the Broxap Ltd team to agree a delivery date.
Installations
For orders which require installation, these will be delivered the morning of the agreed installation date, unless decided otherwise. This will be discussed following receipt of the order. Please note that all customers are contacted by a member of the Broxap Ltd team to agree a delivery date.
Collection
Collection of equipment by any customer can be arranged. Aided loading can be provided at the Broxap site, however once the product is in your possession Broxap relinquish any responsibility for the transport and manoeuvre of the product from the vehicle or thereafter. Following the collection agreement, a member of our team can provide the individual with information regarding the size of vehicle required.
Small parcel delivery
Parcel couriers are used when the purchased product/products are small enough to deliver by parcel. Small parcels are inclusive of, but not limited to; spare parts, replacement rubbers, and / or replacement caps.
