Our model is designed with comfort in mind to encourage children to push themselves should they want to try sit ups, leg raises and fitness activities in the outdoor environment.
What does a children’s sit up bench offer users?
A choice of exercises.
A physical challenge
Lie down on the board and hook the feet under a rung.
Put hands behind the head.
Use abdominal muscles to sit up and return to original position slowly.
Repeat the cycle.
Strengthen the abdominal muscles.
Beginners: Up to 5 minutes.
Intermediate: Up to 7 minutes.
Advanced: Up to 10 minutes.
Keep neck and back straight when performing exercise. Keep eyes forward and do not look down.
