Description

We’ve developed a two-user Sky Stepper station so even more gym goers can take advantage of this popular piece of outdoor gym equipment.
Similar to an outdoor cross trainer, it replicates a running motion with users moving their arms and legs in tandem.
Working the upper and lower body, the Sky Stepper offers an effective cardiovascular routine that burns calories without putting stress on the joints.

User Guide

Instructions

Hold the two handles and step on the two footboards
Push downwards on the footboards so that you are performing a stepping motion on the spot

Functions

Activate upper and lower limbs and waist joints, strengthen the flexibility of the muscle group and the cardiopulmonary function

Suggested Usage

Beginner: Up to 5 minutes
Intermediate: Up to 7 minutes
Advance: Up to 10 minutes
