Description

This package ticks all the boxes with provision for cardio as well as those all important muscular exercises. Functonal Fitness is all about moving the body in movement which mimics everyday actions allowing you to feel and perform better day to day.

The Functional Fitness Package contains five items which be used for an intense session or gradual rehabilitation, preparing you for life rather than a specific race or event:
