Users can also workout for longer or more intense period as their stamina builds up. The presence of the ‘Tai Chi Discs’ offers a more mindful exercise which focuses on coordination and flexibility. This means that even seasoned fitness fanatics who use the outdoor gym vigorously will still be prompted to engage in a gentle physical activity, taking time for themselves.

The Gentle Workout Package provides light cardio workouts for beginners through four pieces of outdoor gym equipment:
