One of our more challenging pieces of equipment, the Leg Raise provides an intense core workout, making it an effective addition to any outdoor gym. Working the abdominal muscles, hip flexors and and upper leg muscles, hanging leg raises require enough upper body strength to support the users body weight on the back frame, whilst lifting their legs to waist height. The Leg Raise is a strength training exercise which uses isolation techniques to identify the body's area of weakness and strengthen those muscles.
