We create inclusive outdoor fitness areas and welcoming environments where people of all abilities and fitness levels can exercise and socialise. Designing a gym with the right safety surfacing is part of that process. A safety surface can inspire confidence among beginners or make a school outdoor gym seem less daunting to pupils. Surfacing can give a new lease of life to an existing outdoor gym or even encourage those who normally prefer a traditional indoor gym to stop off at their nearest outdoor fitness facility instead.
Our dedicated outdoor gym designers are passionate about fitness and work closely with customers from a wide range of sectors to ensure everyone gets the most out of their experience with Sunshine Gym. As well as helping to select the ideal location, layout and equipment for your outdoor gym we also advise on the high-quality installation standards you can expect from us, and the surface options which offer best value and performance for your particular site.
Sunshine Gym installers can install outdoor gym equipment directly into grass or existing hard surfacing and can also complete the installation with new safety surfacing such as artificial grass, wet pour and rubber mulch. We make good installations on to asphalt and can also provide grass matting to protect an existing natural surface.
For aesthetic reasons, many customers choose to upgrade to one of our surfacing options shown below. Changing your safety surface can make your outdoor gym more appealing and inviting to potential users. Safety surfacing is also another great way to mark out an outdoor fitness zone against other attractions or to incorporate branding such as school colours or emblems.
