The Tai Chi discs are a traditional far Eastern workout that exercises the muscles in the arms and shoulders to help improve muscle flexibility and improves movement in the joints.
Based on the traditional far Eastern workout, our Tai Chi Discs aid flexibility & movement in the arms & shoulders by using a gentle coordination exercise. The discs stand at slightly different heights on opposing sides of the unit, making it is suitable for up to two users of varying heights.
