Description

Often found in gyms as plyo boxes, these have been modified for the outdoor environment so that users can complete a series of either ‘step-ups’ or ‘jumps’. Supplied as a set of 3 with platforms set at 300mm, 400mm, and 500m (this can also be altered to suit particular requirements on request), the plyometric steps can be used by up to 3 users at any time for a fantastic cardiovascular exercise. These are considered a greater addition to our fitness rigs.
