Improve your mental agility with our Tai Chi Discs. Based on the traditional Far Eastern martial art, these Discs aim to exercise both the mind and body. Ideal for warming up and cooling down, the Tai Chi Discs are a mindfulness actIvIty whch improve coordination and increase flexibility in the wrists, arms and shoulders. Standing at slightly different heights on opposing sides, the discs move independently in clockwise and anti-clockwise directions, allowing two users to be guided through Tai Chi movements simultaneously.

User Guide

Instructions

  • Use one hand to grasp one handle of the wheel 
  • Turn the wheel clockwise or anti clockwise
  • Change hand and repeat the same action
  • Grasp the two handles of a wheel at the same time and turn the wheel continuously

Functions

  • Train wrists, elbows, shoulders and waist; enhancing their flexibility and the cardiopulmonary function

Suggested Usage

  • Beginner: Up to 5 minutes
  • Intermediate: Up to 7 minutes
  • Advanced: Up to 10 minutes
