The Horse Rider is a fun cardiovascular activity suitable for all levels of fitness. Simialr to horse ridng, the arms and legs both move in succession allowing for a full body workout without the need for multiple pieces of equipment.

User Guide

Instructions

  • Sit and hold both handles
  • Place feet on the foot
  • Utilise own weight to pull, also stretching the legs out
  • Return to an upright seating position
  • Repeat the cycle

 

Functions

  • Activate the joints and strengthen the flexibility of the muscle group and the cardiopulmonary function

 

Suggested Usage

  • Beginers: Up to 5 minutes
  • Intermediate: Up to 7 minutes
  • Advanced: Up to 10 minutes
