The Horse Rider is a fun cardiovascular activity suitable for all levels of fitness. Simialr to horse ridng, the arms and legs both move in succession allowing for a full body workout without the need for multiple pieces of equipment.

Instructions

Sit and hold both handles
Place feet on the foot
Utilise own weight to pull, also stretching the legs out
Return to an upright seating position
Repeat the cycle
