The Double Strength Challenger is one of our must have pieces for any ‘fun’ focused outdoor gym. The nature of the equipment promotes friendly competition whilst also offering the users an upper body workout.

A fun way to build up arm and shoulder muscle groups, the Double Strength Challenger encourages friends to challenge each other to a little competiton whilst also offering an upper body workout. Alternatively used a as solo piece of equipment, the spinners can help to stretch the arms and shoulders.

Instructions

  • Keep feet shoulder width apart
  • Place both hands on the edges of the wheel
  • Rotate clockwise or anti clockwise

  • Elbow and wrist joints

Suggested Usage

  • Beginers : Up to 5 minutes
  • Intermediate : Up to 7 minutes
  • Advanced : Up to 10 minutes
